Cancellation Terms:
If you decide to cancel your participation 5 days or more before the beginning of the program, we are able to issue a refund, deducting a $30 administrative fee, which will be refunded either to your credit card or by check.

In case of cancellations due to COVID-related concerns, including potential symptoms, confirmed illness or required isolation due to exposure, we will offer a full credit to your Lollypop Farm registration account. This balance can be used at your convenience to reschedule the same program or register for future educational programs.
