Fridays at the Farm: Paint Your Pet!

Participants will have the opportunity to create a vibrant canvas of their cherished pets while savoring a beverage with peers, all the while contributing to the welfare of the animals at Lollypop Farm.

Guided by the artist and adoption counselor, Susie Lucie, attendees will learn to transfer the image of their pet onto a canvas (for which a photograph must be submitted in advance for formatting) and will paint it in a pop art style, creating a piece suitable for display or as a gift.

For those without a pet, the event will provide an image of an adoptable animal from Lollypop Farm, along with its unique story, which participants can paint and take home alongside their artwork.

The event is scheduled for Friday, November 17th from 6:45 to 9:00 pm, with painting instruction commencing at 7 pm.

A fee of $50 per person covers an 8×10 canvas, all necessary supplies, snacks, and an initial glass of wine or beer. Attendees must be at least 21 years old.

To ensure the materials are ready for the event, a clear photograph of the pet’s head and shoulders must be emailed to Audrey Shaughnessy at AudreyS@lollypop.org no later than Tuesday, November 14th. It is recommended to select a photograph where the pet is looking directly at the camera to achieve the best results.
