Country Hikes

I trust Mike more than my own family members when it comes to taking care of my dogs!! I had enlisted Mike’s help when I had knee surgery and knew I wouldn’t be able to accommodate the exercise needs of my two large labs for at least a month. His schedule is very flexible and he is super dependable. I especially appreciated the videos of their daily hike. It was such a comfort & relief seeing that my dogs would go with him willingly, which only told me they loved their time with him and is frankly the most telling review you can get! Mike is very trustworthy and I highly recommended him.

Mike is the best! My two dogs fell in love with their walks and the time spent with Mike. Mike was always on time, never cancelled an appointment, treated the dogs like his own and went above and beyond to administer treatment when one dog was stung by bees during a country hike. I highly recommend Mike and his services!

Our dog Benson has been baying Mike’s praises for a long time and his family agrees. We have been using Mike almost all of 2012. This family is so much happier since Mike has been “walkin the dog.” Benson was traumatized early in his life and we have gone through a hand full of trainers trying to either train us or our dog. Then through a referral we met Mike. We are so happy for that referral and hope this referral helps the right family find Mike. He has won our dog’s trust and ours.

Mike and his service are simply the best! Our two energetic huskies look forward to their visits from Mike. I have been using Walkin’ The Dog for 3 years now as my two dogs love the ruff bus/country hike service and, even more, Mike. They also get to interact and play with other dogs which is a plus. They literally wait at the door hoping it’s ruff bus day with Mike. I work out of my home so it’s nice having them picked up and dropped back off while I work; Mike is dependable, reliable and flexible.
